| Under your Residential Tenancy Agreement your rent will be payable and due one month in advance and on the nominated date specified in your lease agreement.

| Upon commencement of your tenancy agreement, you will be required to provide the equivalent of one month's rent to our office.

| Once you have occupied the property for a term of 6 months, we will contact you in writing to arrange an appointment for one of our qualified team members to inspect the property.

| All repairs should be requested in writing and submitted to our office in hard copy format (Repair Request Form), by e-mail or by clicking on the Repair Request Form on our web site.

| Early Termination of Tenancy Agreement |

| If a situation arises resulting in a need to terminate your Tenancy Agreement prior to the original lease agreement, our team can assist you in locating a suitable replacement tenant.
