| Some 50 years ago Mr Pretend purchased a piece of land at 107 Pretend Road, Suburbsvile and built a Builders Office. Mr Pretend decided to take out a Real Estate Licence and commence an Agency known as “Pretend Estate Agency” and subsequently joined the RESI and the name was changed to Pretend Real Estate and Associates. Some time later it was decided to demolish the original single story asbestos cement building and erect the present building at 107 Pretend Road and to purchase a piece of land at 166 Pretend Road and build the present office. Since that humble beginning the agency has grown to be a major contributor in the local real estate market. The company provides services to the modern day city of Pretendsville, and surrounding suburbs. In this ever changing business world we are constantly striving to keep up with modern technologies and to offer the benefits to our many clients, through e-mail, sms and interactive web site and so on. The important thing that we haven’t lost sight of though, is how to deal with people.
